ScottishPower has a fund to help customers who are struggling to pay their ScottishPower debt due to low household income, for example, customers on Income Support, Jobseeker's Allowance, Pension Credit, Employment and Support Allowance or Disability Living Allowance.
We at Social Enterprise Direct are working in association with ScottishPower to administer the Hardship Fund. We will review your application and decide if you are eligible for an award.
If you are the account holder and want to find out if you are eligible, register your details below and we will send you a link via e mail to begin the online application process. If you are applying on behalf of someone else, please ring 0808 800 0128* and we will process the application by phone. Alternatively, if you prefer to post a paper application you can download one at www.socialenterprisedirect.org.uk/terms where you can also find the terms that apply.
Once your application has been submitted it can take up to 5 working days to be reviewed by our team. We will write to you to confirm whether your application has been approved and when any credit is applied to your account.
